1. Where are your products crafted?

Each porospor piece is carefully hand-carved in our artisan workshop. We focus on preserving the natural beauty of wood and traditional craftsmanship, ensuring every item is unique.

To maintain quality and offer better value, orders are shipped directly from our workshop to your home — without unnecessary middlemen.

2. How long does shipping take?

Because each item is handcrafted, please allow a short preparation time before shipment.

  • Processing Time: 1–3 business days (quality check and packaging)
  • Shipping Time (U.S.): 7–12 business days

Please note: Delivery times may vary slightly during peak seasons or due to carrier delays.

3. How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with your tracking number.

You can:

  • Click the tracking link in the email
  • Or visit our Track Your Order page

Please allow 1–3 business days for tracking updates to appear.

4. Can I cancel or change my order?

We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery.

  • Within 12 hours: You can request changes or cancellation by contacting us
  • After 12 hours: The order may already be processed or shipped and cannot be canceled

However, you may still request a return after delivery if needed.

5. Returns & Refunds

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours with photos and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.

Standard Returns:
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.
